We stopped just to sneak a peek at the Elantra before heading home. We knew exactly what we wanted to look at and the color and features of the vehicle we would wanting to preview; so we thought. Tristan met us with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, offering his assistance. After a brief conversation with Tristan, we realized there was more to the Elantra than we'd imagined and he proceeded to demonstrate the features and benefits of the car. The manner in which Tristan moved through his demonstration was pleasant, friendly, yet, very professional. With this being my grand daughters first exposure to "car salesmen" and the buying process, I let her ask questions and Tristan in very short order realized the decision to buy would be her decision. He was extremely professional in his explanation of the car and made certain she completely understood how the car could meet or exceed her needs. Although we had not planned to purchase a car on this particular afternoon, in short order, we found we were discussing features, options, color and price. The dealership did not have the desired color but we were assured it could be acquired and brought to the dealership in short order, now time to agree on a price. Tristan made the process almost painless; he still had us write the check. Through the purchase process, he continue to explain the purchase process. We discussed various discount options, AAA, Costco, etc and after a brief discussion came to an acceptable price. He put into motion the location of the make, model and color and assured the car would be on property within the hour. He walked us through the introductions of the Sales Manager, Finance Director and Service Manager. Once the car was on property, he walked us through each of the features of the cars to make certain we were comfortable with the operation of the car. During the walk through, it was noted there were bubbles in the exterior paint and he immediately brought the Service Manager to review and an appointment was set for the car to be brought back in for service. Here's the most amazing thing of all, Tristan gave us his cell phone number with the understanding we should call him with any questions or concerns about the car! Needless to say, we had questions, we called and he answered the call, very impressive. We are now a year down the road and find every time we get into the car, we are so happy we made the purchase and revisit the purchase process and it's a good feeling. We love the car and would not hesitate to return to the dealership and ask for Tristan. After all, we have a basic connection with him.... we were his first "sold" car. Wishing you the best, Tristan. I knew what vehcile I wanted and how much I was willing to pay so I laid it out for Mark who worked very effectively with Tony Femiano, sales manager. Together they helped me maximise manufacturer incentives and rebates to get my final price in the range I needed. Mark and Tony were very professional and commited to giving me the best possible price within their margins so I could reach my bottom line. They even expedited receiving my new vehicle from another location in the phoenix valley so I could take same day delivery. I was very impressed with the way I was treated as I went home with a great car, terrific price and no hassles or stress. You can tell when you're dealing with a forthright and honest person, Julian is that type of individual. He took his time with me, answered all my questions, showed me several options, worked within my budget and gave me the vehicle I wanted for a great price. I felt comfortable with him during the sales process and afterward when I got home he followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. No buyer remorse this time.
