I took my 2014 Honda Odyssey Van into this dealership for a plug and coil pack replacement. When I dropped off my vehicle with their service department, my AC was working. However, when my vehicle was return a plug and coil pack replacement. When I dropped off my vehicle with their service department, my AC was working. However, when my vehicle was returned to me after the work was done, the AC was no longer blowing cold air and the compressor was not kicking on. When my wife returned my vehicle to them to have this new issue diagnosed they said “a switch was flipped which turned the AC off”. They denied having done this, despite my AC functioning previous to their service, and charged us for the repair. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity from their service department, their lack of communication from their service advisor and general lack of professional accountability. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced by them. I would also recommend staying away from this business in general if this is any representation of their ethos. More
