Karen was my service agent and she was EXCELLENT as usual. Very attentive, kind and on the ball. Very pleasant wait I went in to have brake pads changed and even tho it was a longer wait than normal, Henry came out several times to let me know what was going on and I went in to have brake pads changed and even tho it was a longer wait than normal, Henry came out several times to let me know what was going on and about the timing of when the job would be finished. I question everything and Karyn has displayed a high level of professionalism and Integrity with each visit. She has never been short with me and takes the time to explain things in a way that I will understand the situation. This was my 2nd service and now the bar has been set. I'll still have my guard up, but I am confident Karyn will continue her kindness and professionalism. Honda is lucky to have her. More
