I recently brought my 2021 Honda Civic in to have the DigiShield removed and replaced on the front end of my car where it was scratched, by me most likely from brushing a curb. My service advisor Glenn Cabel, was absolutely fantastic! I wanted to leave my car overnight due to the fact that I was not available to pick it up until the next day. Glen kept me apprised of the progress the entire time. He even sent a personal text stating that I should contact him if any needs arose while my car was being serviced and then called me to let me know when it was finished. When I did pick up the car, Glen went over the paperwork explaining the Muti-Point Inspection that was done which included topping off fluids and observations made during the inspection process. Throughout the whole service, Glenn was friendly and respectful of me and my needs. He even suggested I purchase a paint pen from parts because I pointed out a small nick on my door. (I should mention it was very reasonably priced.) I never felt like I was just a number or rushed through service with Glenn. I also needed a ride back from the dealership to my home. I don’t remember the driver’s name but, he also was very friendly and I felt comfortable the entire time. The service at Honda Earnhardt is incomparable from making the appointment to servicing your car. I highly recommend my advisor Glenn Cabel and Earnhardt Honda! More
