We had a battery issue on our 2017 Honda Pilot on Saturday March 12th, 2021. It was about 9:30am we arrived at the Avondale Honda Service area. Very busy place. Got all checked in by Kristina our Saturday March 12th, 2021. It was about 9:30am we arrived at the Avondale Honda Service area. Very busy place. Got all checked in by Kristina our service writer. She stated a diagnostic would be performed to determine the issue with the battery issue. They would keep the car over the weekend and see how things went. To be our surprise Kristina left a voice mail at 3:30pm telling us they found the issue and the car can be picked up. She would be leaving at 5pm. I reviewed the message late and got to the dealership just after 5pm. Two other service representatives helped me check out. I ask is the military discount could be applied, but was told not in this case. But the older gentleman said what the xxxx and gave it to me anyway. Now that is service, thank you. I highly recommend Avondale Earnhardt Honda for sales, service after the sale, and part. I have all around awesome service from this dealership. I'll be glad when the employees can get back to the normal environment of the past. Thank you!!! More
