Wow! this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made I first called Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert with questions about a couple trucks and incentives. On the other end of the lone was Ben Noland. Mike really took the time to show me all of the features o I bought a 2014 Charger R/T from Mike Harding this past weekend and had a great experience. Mike really took the time to show me all of the features of the car and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price and the financing that was best for me. He didn't just try to sell me something I couldn't afford like other dealers I've dealt with in the past (Thorobred.) He took my concerns seriously and made sure that the payment didn't go over the amount I told him I was comfortable with from the beginning. Between him and Sid in financing, they took care of me and even got the interest rate down so I could add the extended warranty I wanted without costing me any more in the long run (the lower interest made up for the cost of the warranty.) This is the second car I've purchased from them and as far as I'm concerned they have earned my business for life with their excellent service, great prices, and most of all HONESTY. The traits are hard to find in a dealership, and I attribute it to being a family owned dealership that cares more about their customers than just some bottom line. Worst, unethical business I've ever dealt with! A couple of months ago Darren Simmons and I decided we really wanted a Jeep Wrangler, so we started looking, checked the internet and spoke to every j A couple of months ago Darren Simmons and I decided we really wanted a Jeep Wrangler, so we started looking, checked the internet and spoke to every jeep dealer in the valley. We decided that Earnhardt in Gilbert was offering the best prices so we tried a handful of times to buy a Jeep from them. We visited their dealership 7 times, 3 of those times we left very upset and swore we wouldn't ever go back there. After the manager and a couple of salesmen apologized and ask us to come back we accepted their apologies and went back. Last week we finally negotiated a deal on the jeep we wanted, signed the agreement, filled out the credit application and were happily waiting for them to come back with the final contract so we could take our jeep home. 15 minutes later we were told they had made a terrible mistake and showed us the papers for the wrong jeep and that the jeep we wanted would be $1500 more. When we told them this was their mistake and that we had a signed agreement for the price they said they didn't have the authority to change it and it was only $1500. Darren and I left pretty sad and heart broken without the jeep we really wanted. We have decided we just can't stomach the idea of dealing with anymore car salesmen for a while, maybe never! I know that this is how they operate, but I truly have never experienced such horrible sales tactics in my life. Please if any of you are considering buying a new or used vehicle don't buy from Earnhardt's they are definitely the most unethical business I've ever tried to do business with! More
