Earnhardt is a dealership outside of my community by nearly 100 miles, but the electronic response from salesman, Zach Cruise, was immediate and courteous. We communicated electronically and by telephone on Friday evening and Saturday. By Sunday afternoon, my husband and I were on our 2 hour journey to pick up our brand new car. We believe the price settlement was worth our time and effort to go this distance. Zach expeditiously and accurately prepared all the paperwork, leaving us only to test drive the vehicle and complete the transaction in record time. This was the simplest, no muss, no fuss new car purchase in my over 55 years of car ownership. I wish to add the dealer showroom was state of the art, bright, clean, airy, comfortable. It was just plain beautiful. Our experience has indicated to us that Earnhardt has a commitment to and has made a priority to provide customer care at the highest level. More
