Mike Phenix was great and easy to deal with, no high pressure, took the time to find out what we needed and wanted even though he was busy that day. Mike is a life long Mopar guy and knows his stuff. He must use Mike Phenix when you go to Earnhardt. The price was great and even the finance guy was great and easy to deal with without trying to sell us a bunch of added cost items! Just be forewarned that they have a paint treatment and alarm system already installed on there vehicles that ads about $1500 to the price. They really need to be clearer and more up front on this, but for the price I paid for the truck, I can live with the added cost. This is my second Dodge truck in a row and I had my last truck (diesel) for 9 years, hope this last as long. Really nice truck, deal and experience. More

Amazing Dealership and Awesome Salesman I started looking at Jeep Cherokee Latitude's in the Phoenix area and had heard good things about the Earnhardt's Dealership in Gilbert, AZ. They had several in inventory that I was immediately interested in - more so than other dealers. Ben Blankenhagen was great to deal with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me the Latitudes and I found one right away. He did not try to sell me anything I did not want or any options I did not want. He stayed focused on what I wanted. Ben also was very helpful in negotiating a price and I feel I received a very good deal from Earnhardt's due to Ben's efforts - both on my trade in and the new vehicle. The process of buying and sealing the "deal" was very smooth once I made a decision. Ben and the Business office made this process very easy and it was done quickly which was great. Also, the vehicle was detailed and ready to go when we were done - no waiting. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle on my own and I was not pressured by Ben in anyway. I had a lot of questions that he answered and found out information on. I was comfortable with what Ben told me and trusted the information. I would go back to Earnhardt's in a heartbeat and also recommend it to anyone due to Ben's world class service and because of the positive experience I had at this dealership! More

The best new car buying experience I have ever had It took a while, but my wife finally convinced me to get a new 2015 Challenger. It was one of the easiest, straightforward, and enjoyable car buying experiences. We went straight to the cars and Mat was easy to talk to and not pressuring. I decided on one I liked and he instantly went in to run the numbers on payments for me. I was given a great rate, and most surpisingly, the price I came in with (and knew was a good price) was the price they offered me. No haggling, no back and forth, just a fair price that we both could live with. The process after that was so quick and smooth, in and out of finance, and got a great detailed car all within an hour. I would highly recommend working with Mathew and Earnhardt! Best of all, it has been a great experience after the sale, with good follow-up and service resolution. Pete Johnson with Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep in Gilbert was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my questions, as silly as some of them may have been, and was not pushy at all. Being female often times walking into a car dealership can be overwhelming when you are alone, but there was no pressure by anyone to purchase a car and everyone I came across was extremely nice and professional. Although it took a bit for me to get my car detailed and drive away I wasn't left to just wonder what was happening, Pete would check in with me to let me know progress was being made and he would have me on my way shortly. The experience did not end the night I drove off the lot, the next day I received a text message from Pete just "checking in" to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Every person that has asked me where I purchased my car gets the same response "Earnhardt in Gilbert and it was a great experience, best I've had so far" I would highly recommend them and specifically Pete do to business with.
