My first REAL, and best experience buying a car So I had four objectives in getting a new car. 1.) I work around the clock so I didn't have time to haggle with anyone. I wanted to finance a car so I could work on improving my credit 3.) I was going buy the car I wanted 4.) I wanted to trade in the car I bought used at another dealership a year prior to buying what just bought. What I got: 2016 Dodge Charger RT Scat Pack - Red, and oh boy, is it ever a head turner! Ben Noland, Joey (sales manager), and Steve (paperwork/finance) were the gents I had to deal with and they made everything very simple. I know they get paid based on what they kill and take back to camp and they didn't actually make that obvious which is why chose them over another dealership that, relatively, had the car I wanted. When I reached the 8 other dealership, I literally copy and pasted a note stating my situation and I didn't have time to get "B.S'd" around. I can smell these situations coming a mile away (only 5 Dealerships even responded in my area). They worked diligently to get me a good rate, the car, I wanted, and made sure it looked 100% before I left. What a great feeling driving away in a car I can eventually hand down to my son. If I never buy another car, although the drive is far for me, I will only do it Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert, AZ. Not going to go into all the small details but I can say that I wasn't an easy client to deal with but I can say this... I'm A HAPPY ONE. See Ben or Joey at Earnhardt Dodge. Initially I was looking at the 2016 Jeep Rubicon but then changed my mind to the Jeep Grand Cherokee as it offered so many interior comforts and amenities.When I finally decided on which vehicle I wanted we met sales person, Tim Stretch. Awesome guy, totally went above and beyond in finding the exact model with the features we were looking for. The first evening we had to leave as it was getting close to my sons hockey practice and we just couldn't find the vehicle with all of our specific features, but to our surprise Tim kept searching and searching. He called us after hours to let us know that he found some vehicles that met our expectations. Due to our busy work day we were unable to see him the next day but we followed up with him on Saturday. Tim provided top notch service when he said he would have all the vehicles we would be interested in all lined up and ready for me to view and test drive. He definitely provided a high level customer experience in which we appreciated! He was punctual, professional and full of personality. He was able to react quickly to our decision making process as well as troubleshoot. In the interim we visited other dealerships and none of them in the San Tan Motorplex area impressed us. Earnhardt was great to work with on our trade as well, it was actually effortless, they were right on target. Earnhardt is a great dealership overall to work with, highly recommend. More
