The van I came to see was conveniently sold just before I got there but without skipping a beat Mark found a nearby dealership with a comparable van and went with me to the other dealer (Earnhardt Buick) He sat with me during the entire process and even helped load things into my other vehicle. There was a genuine level of care that he gave off and at a few times I even forgot I was working with a salesman.
