I was first searching the internet inventory and was contacted by the sales manager to assign me a salesman and schedule a time, this impressed me right away. Usually I dread going to by cars and often feel so pressured without receiving a lot of information on the purchase I'm about to make, just the pressure to buy. Pete Johnson was the exact opposite of everything I have ever experienced when buying a new car. I brought my dad (the enforcer) and my fiance with me. Right off the bat Pete was just another member of our family. Genuinely helpful with the vehicle I was going to be driving, the price I was going to pay and the satisfaction I had, purchasing a car with Pete was like car shopping with my dad (and that's the biggest compliment I could ever give anyone) From start to finish Pete was wonderful, getting us through financing and making sure I left happy. This is the best experience I have had shopping for a new vehicle and I can't thank everyone enough for making this dream come true for me, but especially Pete Johnson...and I can't forget Sid in finance. Uncooperative We live in So. Arizona but purchased our new Jeep Cherokee in Las Vegas due to Earnhardt not having what we wanted. We did our 1st service in in Las We live in So. Arizona but purchased our new Jeep Cherokee in Las Vegas due to Earnhardt not having what we wanted. We did our 1st service in in Las Vegas as we were in that area at the time. I contacted Earnhardt by live chat to make an appointment for our 10,000. Mile service and was told someone would contact me to set that up. Never happened. So I called them and was told they don't take service appointments it would be done on a first come basis. I was also given an approximate cost for this service even though when I purchased the vehicle I was told the first 2 or 3 services were free at any dealer in the US. A few days later, I had another live chat to make sure they don't take service appointments and was told the manager would call me back. Again, no call back. I guess they don't need my business. More
