He did not follow up we me, twice I had to call in to get a status and I also communicated that I had the check from the insurance agency but iwhen It was complete and he left a message he explained to me that if I cash the check to bring in the cash after we had already talked about me not cashing the check and just signing it over so that just tells me that he really was not paying attention when I called him to ask status of my vehicle. For a customer based service just not a good protocol . More

I had all four kids with me and explained to Josh lile I had done before with others its our only car and I would need it back. He said he would try his best to get it back to us by 1 and he did! We've always dropped the van off at 730 am and never got it back that quick. He arranged the shuttle for the kids and I.
