Well worth the drive!!! I drove all the way up from the Tucson area and I can't express enough how worthwhile my whole experience was. First off, I hate shopping for a vehicl I drove all the way up from the Tucson area and I can't express enough how worthwhile my whole experience was. First off, I hate shopping for a vehicle because more often than not you run into pushy sales and management personnel and that drives me CRAZY!!! Well that was not my experience at all. Upon pulling into the lot Mark Odin from sales greeted me. I told him what I wanted and he didn't waste anytime. Mark was very knowledgeable in helping me select a vehicle that would work for me and kept a nice balance of not getting in my space. He then teamed up with Mark Molus from management. Mr. Molus worked on my situation being that I was super upside down on my trade. He got down to the meat and potatoes and gave me more than book value on my trade. I still wanted to think about the numbers and they both recommended that I go home and think about it. I have never experienced that at any dealership in my 50 years on this planet. So needless to say I went home, thought about it and drove up the next morning and sealed the deal. This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience that I have ever had. My hat goes off to Mark Odin in sales and Mark Molus in management for helping in making this difficult deal happen and keeping me in my payment window. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase needs and will recommend you guys to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much!! More

Took the time to work a deal that fit my needs I stopped by the dealership just to see what was available and met Matt one of the sales staff. We decided to look at some of the other dealers and Matt was very cool, not pushy and simply stated that he would hope to see us back so he could do his best to sell us a Truck. We came back the next day and Matt was busy with a customer so he suggested we work with Rick who was on his sales team. We left with a good deal. The next day Rick and another staff member called to see how we liked our new truck and Rick gave me his personal cell phone and stated if I ever needed any help with the new truck and feel free to call him directly. Best Purchase experience ever I had been scouring the internet and I had also personally visited a few of the west valley Ram dealerships over the last month prior to making my pur I had been scouring the internet and I had also personally visited a few of the west valley Ram dealerships over the last month prior to making my purchase with Andrew Sparks at Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert. I had a very specific Ram I was looking for and found it on the Earnhardt website, and even had a great price. I requested more info on the truck and within minuets Andrew Sparks and his Sales Director Mark Molus had my questions answered. I set an appointment to go look at the truck a few days later. Upon arrival for 1:30 appointment both Andrew and Mark met with me briefly and then Andrew took my wife and I out to show us the truck and take it for a drive. I was very impressed with Andrew's knowledge of his product. He knew everything about what he was selling and was very detailed in explaining it to us. We went for a drive and then back to work on numbers and worked out a great deal!!!! Next, off to financing.
