It broke down on us here in Phoenix at the worst time- my husband had just had a total knee replacement and was in the car with me. Thanks so much to Rosemary Serna and the rest of the service staff for getting us into a comfortable rental at Enterprise, finding the problem and fixing the car right away- the same day. We were very impressed with the personal, professional service. And thank you Rosemary for figuring out how to get my grandson's car seat out! We will be back. Katherine (Mrs. Andrew) Martinez More

Pete Johnson went above and beyond showing me trucks and helping me find the right one within my budget. The entire team was amazing. I got a very fair trade in value on my old truck. I will highly recommended this dealership and give "extra" kudos to Pete for his prompt email/texts and phone calls to make this a super easy, no hassle buy! More

Have known and dealt with Rose as my service advisor for at least 10 of the last years. I've come to think of her as a trusted friend and I've never been disappointed as a result. This last time was simply for an oil change and to replace the two batteries which I'd been jumping for the last three days to start. It was obvious they were bad. When I pulled I was initially met by a young man who said he could smell the batteries. I couldn't smell myself if I was on fire. Then I was met by Tammy Shriner who also noted the battery smells. She popped the hood and noted smoke. Again something I hadn't noted. She immediately arranged to get the truck back into the shop as soon as possible so the issue could be addressed before the batteries caught fire or exploded. Up to that point I had only thought the bad batteries were an inconvenience and had not recognized the potential danger the batteries represented. I was grateful for both Tammy and that young man recognizing the seriousness of the battery's condition and working immediately to resolve the issue. So, in summary, I was very pleased and grateful for Earnhardt personnel's knowledge and reactions relating to this particular visit which had been for me a simple oil change and battery replacement. Could have been a smoking heap along side the road somewhere otherwise. Of course I visited with Rose to assess what work might be needed as dictated by my mileage (and a hug). She is remarkable in being able to ascertain what warranty scheduled work is due and has been done. And there are numerous personnel back in the shop that are unnamed but have done superior work on my vehicle over the years to whom I'm grateful. More

Pleasant as always! I have 1.5 year old Cherokee and a turning 3 year old boy. When something wrong with my car, it's quite exciting to handle them both. I'm waiting to see if everything is going to be corrected Bought a jeep that had a defective soft top. Per my agreement for purchase they agreed to fix it ( I wanted it replaced, but they said they could fix it). To make a long story short, they have brought it back 3 times after telling me it was fixed. However, all 3 times, including presently, the top is not repaired properly. I'm working with one of the managers and he is assuring me this will be resolved. I will come back and edit and/or add to my review as this process continues. I'm very hopeful it will be resolved. Horrific! Stay away from this location for purchase or service! We were loyal customers for years and purchased 3 vehicles within a 5 year period. Our loyalty w Stay away from this location for purchase or service! We were loyal customers for years and purchased 3 vehicles within a 5 year period. Our loyalty was met with a complete lack of integrity when the last vehicle (my Dodge Challenger) had immediate and obvious "issues." I took my vehicle in for service, they had it for week and claimed they could not find the root issue. My service manager (Randy) could not have been more apathetic and disinterested about allowing me to take home a vehicle that had problems. Fast forward a year, the issues not only persist, but become worse. Suddenly, Randy is able to determine the problem within 12 hours, only now it is not covered under warranty. How convenient. To top it off, they never wash your vehicle for you, even when you've had your car in for weeks at a time, spending thousands of dollars. Stay away! You are better off at Chapman. More
Follow up customer service makes everything good I went to Earnhardt Dodge as part of my research in what was a pending purchase of a 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Because of their large inventor I went to Earnhardt Dodge as part of my research in what was a pending purchase of a 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Because of their large inventory, the sales person brought out a vehicle that was everything that I was looking for in a unique red color. We went through the sales process and I acquired the vehicle. The Finance Manager was exceptionally helpful and we closed the deal. I will admit that my interaction with the sales person was sub-par, but the vehicle was so striking that I went ahead and made the deal. After arriving home, I received the Dodge follow up customer service survey, which I completed honestly, and candidly pointed out what I considered deficiencies in the purchase process. I was subsequently contacted by multiple sales managers and a customer service manager who were interested in how they fell down in the customer process, and they bent over backwards to resolve the deficiencies. It turned out the sales person was new and not familiar with the Earnhardt sales process and he also was not familiar with all the vehicle computer/electronic capacities associated with the higher level Challenger. I was invited back to the dealership and was given a thorough walk through with another representative. Although Earnhardt stumbled initially, they went above and beyond to make things right. Initially I would not consider returning for a vehicle purchase, but after the subsequent contact, I would not hesitate returning to the dealership. During the sales process, I was advised that there would be a survey coming, and anything less than a 10 out of 10 was considered a failure. In my follow up contact with staff, it is evident that the desire for 10 out of 10 in customer contacts is genuine. A vehicle purchase these days is a significant investment and I believe that Earnhardt Dodge deserves the opportunity to be part of the process, which will protect the investment after the deal is closed.
