I used to shop at Earnhardt's Years ago in Tempe, but had a couple of bad experiences (80's & 90's), so I was reluctant to stop in and take a look around after those two experiences. I drove in, walk the lot, and Pat walked up and asked if I needed help and the Earnhardt experience began. We walked the lot and discussed diesel vs. gas engines. After following Pat's advice, we made a test run in the truck of my choice. After that, the process of trading in my old truck and buying the new went seamless and pain free. No xxxxxx business, just straight talk and getting the deal done. Pat was the total professional. He was a good listener, paid attention to the details on what I wanted and needed. There was no pressure to buy at any point during the buying process! In my perception of the way that Earnhardt does business today changed immensely after dealing with Pat. I had contacted them when the vehicle was about 10 months old and had only about 2800 miles on it. I have since had the service done elsewhere. I also went to a different dealership with another small problem. I also had this other dealership handle the recall on my dodge truck. We are now shopping for another new RX 350 and you can bet it will not be at an Earnhardt dealership. More
