At the time, I asked Jeff to identify a Service Advisor that he would recommend, he suggested Daryl Jones and this past week I had the opportunity to engage his services. Besides verifying why I was in for service ( 6 month Butler detail, lube and oil and tire rotation), I asked Daryl about a couple of issues that I was experiencing and he was very patient in explaining the "whys"..One thing I had noticed was a slowness in the shifting pattern when starting to move and Daryl said he had heard this from some other customers and would check to see if there was a warranty recall. We live quite a few miles away from the dealership and so timing for us to pick up the auto was important. Daryl identified the expected completion time, we left and that afternoon, Daryl called me to report that all the work was done on the Cherokee.."Yes he did find a recall on the shifting issue and was taking care of" and this was one hour before the expected time Daryl had quoted....Patience..professional..knowledgeable..and orientation to quality service for the customer are words that I associate with describing Daryl Jones..Thank You Daryl... Crisis Averted!!! My wife and kids were heading out to California to attend a tournament for our kids, when we discovered the back door hatch on our van wouldn't secure My wife and kids were heading out to California to attend a tournament for our kids, when we discovered the back door hatch on our van wouldn't secure. This situation could have been disastrous. So we drove to Earnhardt Chrysler, explained the issue, and the criticality of us being able to get this issue resolved quickly so they could head to California for the tournament. The Earnhardt staff was very helpful, and friendly, and they fixed the issue in 2 hours. The speed at which they moved to fix our issue eliminated the need for us to purchase a rental van for our trip to California. Kudos to the Earnhardt service team and especially Rosemary Serna!!! Two issues I've had my tires rotated four previous times at this dealership without any problem. Two days ago I was informed that my wheel lock was missing. I informed the service advisor that I have never touched the wheel lock and it was always there to rotate the tires so it's obvious to me that they forgot to replace the wheel lock on my last visit... The dealership was also running a 10% discount off mechanical service and I was never informed $80 off and $800 bill would have been nice I will check these discounts on my own from now on but don't expect the service advisor to let you know More
