Awesome Service I was in the market for a new 2018 Rubicon JL model. I was dealing with some dealerships in the West Valley, however their customer service was not up I was in the market for a new 2018 Rubicon JL model. I was dealing with some dealerships in the West Valley, however their customer service was not up to par. So, I decide to come to the east valley and stop into Earnhardt Chrysler Ram dodge and Jeep. As a female looking at cars you really never know what you are going to get, or what your experience is going to be. On my initial trip to this dealership I was on a time constraint, and knew exactly what I was looking for, and what I did not want. Rick in sales greeted me as soon as he saw me, and took me where I needed to be at. Rick was awesome to say the least. I was looking for a specific rubicon I had seen online, and when We couldn’t find it, he said he would look to see if it was sold, and if it was he could get another one. Within a hour of me leaving Rick had found the rubicon I was looking for, and he was already putting numbers together for me. Rick was texting me photos and videos of the car, and following up with some phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed for my trade in and purchase. That night myself, Rick, and his sales manager Joel were making an aswome deal for my trade in, and my purchase. Joel and Rick made me so comfortable, and really wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. Earnhardt's Vehicle Service Center I purchased my Dodge Ram 2500 on 3/15/04 from Earnhardt's and have had my pickup serviced by Earnhardt's since that day. My original Service Writer, M I purchased my Dodge Ram 2500 on 3/15/04 from Earnhardt's and have had my pickup serviced by Earnhardt's since that day. My original Service Writer, Mark, was fantastic and unfortunately for me, retired. However, my new Service Writer, Josh, and sometimes my Service Writer, Brian, are equally competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I know that having my pickup serviced at a Dealership will cost me a little more, but I know that it will be taken care of properly and is worth the peace of mind. It is not to say that I have not had issues over the years (few, few and far between), but the Service Department has NEVER let me down. Will not take my Dodge Ram 2500 anywhere else. Last but not least, this last Service was quite the experience with the assistance of a Service Attendant, Ruth. What a Rockstar! She kept me so informed about the status of my truck that it really had an impact on me. Keep up the Great Job Ruth!! Tawny & Shannon first reached out to me and were very patient & professional with me through out the whole process. I was originally looking at a charger, and by the end they probably had given me numbers on 5-6 different vehicles and were very responsive with all my questions! I'm in sales for a living, and all their staff displayed professionalism and willingness to work with me. If you're considering Bill Luke & Air Park (Worst), seriously just stop working with them and go to Earnhardt.... Tell Tawny & Shannon I sent you :) I know I was very hard on them being specific in what I wanted and where I needed to be (sorry :P), but they worked with me to help get my perfect Challenger!! Joey & Phil the new car sales managers were great at following up with me and making sure I understood everything and really helped get me a great deal I was comfortable with!! Jim in finance very much surprised me as he was VERY generous helping protect my car for the lease! Typically finance is where people cringe thinking they are in for a battle again, not true at all here!! All in all, I would highly recommend not wasting your time at other Dodge dealers (trust me, I was working with about 5 others also) just go work with Tawny, Shannon, Joey, Phil and Jim at Earnhardt and you will not be disappointed!!
