Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram = Extortion Today 07/2/2019, Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Gilbert, AZ has done the five year inspection service on my 2009 Chrysler Town and C Today 07/2/2019, Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Gilbert, AZ has done the five year inspection service on my 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. The inspection is to maintain the lifetime warranty on the power-train of the minivan. The dealer's service representative called 4 hours after the minivan was dropped off for inspection. He proceeded to read an endless list of issues with the car and it will cost ten thousand dollars to fix all the issues. I scratched my head, and started wondering; who in their right mind will try to sell this load of xx to a minivan owner who's minivan has two hundred and thirty thousand miles and it is ten years old. To top it off, he proceeds to tell me; if all the items on the list are not fixed, the lifetime power-train warranty is null an void. One word to sum it up; Extortion. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a flat tire, every employee is a reflection of the culture of the entire organization. Crooks More

Kendra Aceto, Internet Sales Manager was absolutely fantastic. I looked at dozens of RAM trucks and was having difficulty finding the one I wanted. I expanded my search to include the Phoenix area and found the truck with the options I wanted at several dealers. While they were all fine, Kendra was the real standout. She worked hard to answer all my questions, take additional pictures and worked to get the deal I needed. After an all-day drive from Southern California the last thing I wanted was a bunch of dealer xx trying to upsell me on add-ons. I couldn't be more pleased with what I encountered. Kendra met me immediately as well as the sales manager, they offered me something to drink and a comfortable place to sit while they inspected my trade. My truck was not only ready for me but washed, fueled and parked inside the showroom waiting for me. The satellite radio was already set up and registered in my name. The paperwork took about 5 minutes with no high-pressure sales. The whole experience could not have been better. Earnhardt's customer experience didn't stop with the sale. I've been working with John in the parts department on some additional equipment and he's been working very hard to ensure my part comes with everything I need.
