Bilal Abdul Tarin is my salesman he's a great guy & after getting approved he went an extra mile to setup my Uconnect etc. I only gave them 4 stars ⭐️ when I purchased my Gladiator from them and told them t getting approved he went an extra mile to setup my Uconnect etc. I only gave them 4 stars ⭐️ when I purchased my Gladiator from them and told them that they have to earn the fifth star ⭐️ when I comeback for Free service maintenance etc. Well after 7 week's of owning the Gladiator I notice that the front 4wd is not working/engaging. Brought it back Monday morning talk to the service writer Alan Clark about the issue & requested to do the first oil change.I got a free loaner vehicle, communicate via text with Alan which is nice. Got a text Tuesday afternoon that they found the issue & will replace the parts under warranty witch is should be.Also Alan Clark said that my Gladiator should be ready by Wednesday between 3-5pm. Thatbwas Tuesday. Sure enough got a phone call Wednesday around 230pm that my Gladiator is ready.
