$50 Gift Card for driving a Dodge Ram is a scam! We requested to drive a Dodge Ram and sales person asked us upon arrival--"do you really want to drive a Dodge Ram or just get the $50". He said we We requested to drive a Dodge Ram and sales person asked us upon arrival--"do you really want to drive a Dodge Ram or just get the $50". He said we didn't have to drive a vehicle and that he could just get us the $50 then he totally blew us off! We were really interested in finding a dealership to purchase a Jeep and thought the $50 introductory offer would be a good way to check out the dealership. Well, it was a good way to see the true colors of a few sales people. We were totally disregarded--passed off and still haven't received the gift card as advertised on their website. This dealership will not get any business from me....ever. More

Earnhardt was able to assist use with a new vehicle when no one else was able to have the Jeep Compass Trailhawk with the built in navigation system. Once I got past the Alexa, the girl that answered the phone it was great. However, I had to have my dealership call Earnhardt's to get the call to someone that would help us. We than returned a call to W phone it was great. However, I had to have my dealership call Earnhardt's to get the call to someone that would help us. We than returned a call to Wendy who was very pleasant and more than willing to help us get our Jeep Grand Cherokee L fixed. We explained we were 1200 miles from home and needed to find out what we were dealing with. Marc Ray was our service advisor he was excellent!! He explained was they would do and kept us in touch with the situation. The Jeep was fixed and Marc text to tell us we could pick it up that same afternoon. Thank you Marc for going beyond and above in kindness and having your dealership help us with exceptional service. He really put our mind at ease and helped us to continue to have a great vacation in Arizona, then drove back to Nebraska without a hitch.
