I have to update my review from 2019 when I bought a new Rubicon and had a good experience here. Just tried to order out a new 2024 Rubicon, and had the worst experience, having to deal with a guy who reall Rubicon and had a good experience here. Just tried to order out a new 2024 Rubicon, and had the worst experience, having to deal with a guy who really shouldn't even be working in sales, let alone the auto industry. Even though I was going to transfer a plate, he was trying to force me to pay for a temporary plate. Even though I spec'd out the Wrangler for an order out, he's telling me I have to add options I don't want. When I said NO, he said I should go somewhere else. I don't think Eddie Edwards will be around much longer. More
