I had to bring in our pickup in for warranty work and Rick was super helpful and nice. They provided a rental car at no cost, and had the truck ready sooner than they estimated. We came in because of a recall notice, Tammy was very cordial and professional as are all the employees we encounter every time we are in. This dealership is the most well-run establishment we've ever pu cordial and professional as are all the employees we encounter every time we are in. This dealership is the most well-run establishment we've ever purchased a vehicle from, no question. Our 2021 Ram 2500 was checked and we were out of there in under 30 minutes. More
I went in to find the right Eco Diesel and did just that! I absolutely love my new Wrangler. Finance even carried over my unused warrantees from my previous Wrangler without me having to ask them to do it. I absolutely love my new Wrangler. Took my Jeep in for an oil change. Tammy helped me in a timely manner and had excellent service. Excuse the pun but what I watched was like a ‘well oiled machine!’ Tammy helped me in a timely manner and had excellent service. Excuse the pun but what I watched was like a ‘well oiled machine!’ More

This review is going to be a bit lengthy because I think its important to give the full prospective when reviewing a business, especially since it could affect that business. You as the consumer will have t its important to give the full prospective when reviewing a business, especially since it could affect that business. You as the consumer will have to decide if its important enough for you to read it or not to decide if you want use them. I took my 2018 Dodge Ram to Earnhardt because I had an oil pan leak on the 19th of January. I received a quote the following day with some other recommended work to include the brakes. I was told my brakes measured at 1mm in the front and 2mm in the back and they needed to be replaced. For this review its important to understand that prior to taking my truck to the Dodge dealership (just a few hours prior on the same day) I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive, where again a full inspection was done to include my brakes. Although Christian Brothers was very polite and professional, they told me they did not have the equipment to fix the oil pan leak and recommended I take to a Diesel mechanic. After receiving my inspection report it showed my front brakes at 5mm in the front and 6mm in the back. Seems like a pretty big discrepancy between the two business and I later confirmed they measure the brakes the same way. Anyways back to Earnhardt Dodge. I originally declined getting the brakes done, but after thinking about it I thought “might as well get them done it’s there and according to the service writer they were badly needed. I called the service writer and told him to go ahead and do the brakes. In all honesty I really didn’t pay much attention to Christian Brothers inspection because they weren’t completing the work anyways. That it my mistake in not questioning that. I think I just expect that businesses are honest with the customer when it comes to repairs. On Monday, January 23, I received a call from the service adviser stating there was a problem. Apparently two of the wheel studs broke on my truck. Of course (I guess), it was because the studs were “stretched from having aftermarket wheels and not removing a factory ring.” OF course, I’ve had these tires removed several times for inspections during oil changes, rotations etc. and never had any problems. Of course, it was my responsibility to fix not on the dealership. I told them not to do any work on my truck just make it drivable. Of course, according to the service write brakes were already done and I would have to pay for them. After not getting anywhere with the service advisor I was directed to the manager. I will say the manager was very professional and polite however has a business and job to protect so I got no where on the studs or brake measurement difference. He told me he wasn’t sure why the previous mechanic shop brake depth was different but also tried to muddy the waters by saying they had a 2/32 difference on tire depth. That’s the difference of tires being good and should start thinking of replacing so really a non-factor. However, the brake difference of 4 mm is the difference between ok and needed to be replaced immediately. I expect honesty and transparency when spending my hard-earned money at a business, not what I received from Earnhardt Dodge. This is one of the things plaguing our country that needs to be figured out. Until business find a way to put customer first vs the almighty dollar these types of shady behaviors will continue and it’s too bad. I will not use any business associated with Earnhardt Dodge again. In researching the brake MM difference, it showed that most mechanic shops would say you have at least 15,000 miles left on them, depending on driving behaviors.I know for me that’s at least another year. In my opinion what Earnhardt Dodge did was pure fraud and should be dealt with immediately, however that may be. More
