I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 EcoBoost bighorn from the dealership end 2021. At 53,000 miles the motor needed to be replaced. They had the truck for 30 days in service and were finally able to g from the dealership end 2021. At 53,000 miles the motor needed to be replaced. Since then I have had issues with the vehicle and now under 100,000 miles I am faced with the same issues. Same powertrain issues. The vehicle broke down and just shut off while driving again. I also was almost cited for a wreck because the vehicle seized in operation. The dealership is telling me that they are not going to fix it because my warranties are expired. The work they did was not good and the motor needs to be fixed. The repairs should be warranted and they need to fix my truck. I am out of work with no vehicle. I cannot believe this. Don't buy from this place. More
