Bought a Doge, Avenger yesterday, assisted by Michael Harding. Mike facilitated the purchase of my vehicle with ease, primarily by emails and phone calls back and forth. the deal was finalized over the Harding. My time at the dealership was about an hour only, because there were people ahead of me waiting to see the business person to process the paper work. Mike took the time It was great working with someone like Mike. He is very straight forward and was willing to go out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted i the price I was willing to pay. In addition, since I had no one to go to the dealership with me and drive my car back to my house, Mike, personally delivered the car to me some 60 miles to my home. I found Joe Canizales to be friendly and helpful. I was serious about buying and he was serious about selling. When he met me on the lot he got right to work. He gave me the keys to the vehicle I was int serious about buying and he was serious about selling. When he met me on the lot he got right to work. I asked for $500 more than the vehicle was worth, they offered $500 less and we settled in the middle at the right price. This has been my second experience with buying a new vehicle from Earnhardt - and this will most certainly not be my last. My experience, especially working with Jeff, was an outstanding example of wha vehicle from Earnhardt - and this will most certainly not be my last. My experience, especially working with Jeff, was an outstanding example of what purchasing a new vehicle should be. Moore Auto Group is a mere 15 minutes from my current location, however, after this experience (and in large part to Jeff) all of my service will be done with Earnhardt, even though it is over an hour away. Jeff was not concerned with simply making a sale - he was more concerned with making sure I purchased the Jeep I was going to be satisfied with, and there was never any pressure to purchase the three different vehicles I had taken for a test drive. I had given Jeff my specific wants and needs for a new Jeep and he communicated my different options very clearly and allowed me to make my own decision based on my needs and not based on what he was going to get out of the deal. I will always make purchases based on the strength of the sales-person and not necessarily price or convenience, especially when purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, Earnhardt is not the most convenient as it is quite far from where I live. Nor did my new Jeep have every single option I wanted and it wasn't my first choice in color. The final price was also a little more than what I had originally wanted to pay. Naturally, as with all purchases, I was not obligated to purchase a vehicle taking into consideration the above - I WANTED to make a purchase based on my experience working with Jeff. I am very satisfied with my decision, not only because of the fact I have a brand new vehicle, but due to the overall experience from sales to finance to final delivery. From the first minute I stepped onto the lot, until I signed the paperwork for my new 2013 Grand Cherokee more than a week later -this has been, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We arrived at the dealer with the idea we might purchase a used Jeep. Not really understanding that people dont usually trade in Jeeps in AZ. Sean was polite and helpful as he guided us through the buying process and off we went back and forth across the lot car to car asking questions and sitting to feel the interior of cars. Despite what seemed like forever in hindsight we found the perfect car, it fit our needs and we were then walked through the purchase. Sean actually was able to save us some by financing us at the dealership even though we were preapproved by another lender. His personality and kind manner along with his professional answers and overall manner made this the best experience we have had in over 10 years. Thank for your time and we realized on the way out he had been the salesman of the year numerous times on the award plaques displayed in the rear of the dealerships.
