I was shopping for a 2013 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible using the USAA car buying service ,which referred me to three dealers in the Phoenix area. Another dealership contacted me and they had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. I was set to purchase this vehicle, but found that the salesman lied to me about taking an out of state delivery, so I cancelled the sale and called Andrew Sparks. We ordered the vehicle, it came in, we drove over to California to take the out of state delivery at the agreed upon price. Mr Sparks was up front, efficient, honest, and I will be a repeat customer.
