Most personable dealership ever! We custom ordered a Jeep from this dealership and it was taking longer than expected, but because of the employees of this dealership we never got fru We custom ordered a Jeep from this dealership and it was taking longer than expected, but because of the employees of this dealership we never got frustrated with the process. Ben Noland (our sales person) was constantly in communication with us via text and email. Any time he had an update, he let us know, any time we had a question - he was quick to respond. We knew we were in great hands with him. Once the long awaited jeep arrived, he quickly let us know it had arrived and we were adding a few things to it before we took it home so he let us come down to the garage and check it out! Once we got to the garage to look at the jeep for the first time we were greeted by Vince and Joe. They came over and explained everything to us and they could see how excited my husband was about getting his jeep they asked him if he would like to take it around the block and lowered it off the lift for him to test drive it. He was extremely happy. The next day when we went to pick it up they gave him some tips on things and let us know we could contact them anytime we needed anything! Working with these 3 guys at Earnhardts made us feel like we had new best friends - we would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks guys for making this process so enjoyable! More

No longer the old high pressure Earnhardts I admit, I was quite apprehensive going to Earnhardts, do to high pressure salesmen I've dealt with at their dealerships in the past. This time thoug I admit, I was quite apprehensive going to Earnhardts, do to high pressure salesmen I've dealt with at their dealerships in the past. This time though, was a totally different experiance. I dealt primarily with Ben Noland, whos laid back and down to earth attitude, took me quite by surprise. Ben worked hard to get the deal where I needed it to be. Once we made the deal, Ben took his time going over every feature of the new truck, explaining how the systems worked, and making sure I understood what he was saying. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, don't hesitate to give the new and improved Earnhardts in Gilbert a try, and ask for Ben. I highly recommend him. For those who want to know, I was pretty loyal to another truck brand, but the features, style, and comfort of the Ram, won me over. ( I didn't work with Gaylon Walker, but the survey wouldn't let me submit until I checked a pre populated name) More
