I went to EARNHARDT dodge in gilbert looking at a new 2015 Challenger. Delt with Shawn Brockie. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. He first off never shook our hands, which is huge in this type of work. Secondly, he spent the entire time with us complaining about his headache and how hot it was outside, and then looking at his phone when we asked him questions about how much of a deal he could get us. When I was adding up the costs with taxes, he felt the need to degrade me saying "add it like this" in a tone that would be belittling to a 2nd grader. Thirdly, we were trying to get this for a graduate, and the information for the college graduate was asking for a transcript, however, the transcript we had printed and had ready was unacceptable somehow. Luckily, the manager came out and apologized. But wasting 2 hours of our time and being that rude, to not only me (female), my entire family. I will never go back there and I hope no one ever has to deal with him again. If Tex EARNHARDT was astute, as I know he is, he would make sure that no one has to deal with that again. More

The truck had a minor issue with the window, and he made sure it was fixed before i left the dealer so I didn't have to come back and make another trip.
