At the time of your vehicle purchase back in April of 2022, chip shortages were affecting all automakers and any new vehicle you were going to purchase was going to have a chip issue in one way or another. We definitely could have done a much better job of communicating this to you and making you aware that this chip issue would be affecting your Trailblazer.
