I bring my truck in for an oil change and detail/coating. Normally the detail/coating is exceptional. This time not so much. While the outside looked fantastic, the inside was incomplete - windows not completely done. Also, all the other times when I get the oil change the tires get rotated. This time not (I was told I didn't ask for it). All previous times I was asked if I wanted the tires rotated this time I wasn't. Anyway it wasn't done but I'll get that taken care of this weekend somewhere else. The irony is the customer service rep walked all the way into the lounge with my air filter asking if I wanted it changed, I said no. More

We came to Earnhardt after looking all over the valley for a new car and they were absolutely amazing, helpful and patient. After purchasing the new traverse, Kenya walked us through all the features and for a new car and they were absolutely amazing, helpful and patient.
