Do not buy a car from Earnhardt Cadillac. I was recently in the market for a new Escalade ESV. I am a local customer who has been loyal to this dealership. This would be my fourth ESV and I had a 2016 in in the market for a new Escalade ESV. I am a local customer who has been loyal to this dealership. This would be my fourth ESV and I had a 2016 in good condition to trade. I initially only went to Earnhardt but was quoted $5000 above MSRP. I called other dealerships and found that while the ESVs were in low supply, they were out there and other dealers were not charging the "market adjustment". I called Andy Ochoa, the GSM to give him a chance to retain my business. I explained that I was in a similar business and understood the value of retaining a valued customer. He basically told me to get lost. He believed he had the only ESV in town and would sell it to whoever would give him the extra $5,000. That is certainly his right. However, Earnhardt lost a loyal customer. I will not buy a car from any of their dealerships. I took delivery of my 2021 Escalade ESV Sport (stock) 1 week later. Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix has a new loyal customer. See Andrew at their Phoenix location. He is great! More

I highly recommend Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac. When I purchased my vehicle it was an easy no nonsense quote, no hours and running back and forth to the manager. Since my purchase the service team has sur purchased my vehicle it was an easy no nonsense quote, no hours and running back and forth to the manager. Since my purchase the service team has surpassed my idea of car repair. They always have given me speedy service and more than fair prices on new tires, battery and oil changes. Your salesmen treated me like they were used car salesman, and I would never buy another car from Earnhardt Cadillac. I would not recommend anyone go to your dealership, because customer service is nonexistent. You sold me a car, and a part fell off the first day I owned it, and it would have cost you $125.00 to replace it, but you did not do that and treated me like crap as if I were making it up. The way Gus (the terrible salesmen who sold me the car, under extreme duress and pressure) talked to me, when I called to inquire about the piece falling off the car, made me feel like crap, he basically accused me of lying, that one really hurt my feelings. Customer service is the most important part of business, and you guys should have done the right thing. My wife bought a used car from Acura of Peoria, several of them, and any time something was wrong with it, they fixed it no questions asked. The level of customer service you offer pales in comparison. I don't want to hear about your used car policy, and you have to stand behind it. Do the right thing, and I can see from your reviews, that your customer service needs to visit the service shop for repairs. You guys didn't even call me to put in the Dfence alarm system, or the armor paint protection. The only reason it got done, was because I called 2 months later and called your service department, and no one called me back. So that just tells me you only care about the sale, and once the customer leaves, you lose interest and move on to your next victim. So sad. I only had one good experience and unfortunate that service guys its not there no more. Ive spend thousands of dollars getting my car fix here because it kept breaking. Things that were just build wrong and cheap, then us the customer are stuck having to pay for the fix. Thank god that today was my last visit to this place! Once again my dashboard entertainment system decided to not work anymore. They tell me that yes this happens a lot and it needs to be fixed!? Never have I heard of that in this industry! "Yes, we know this breaks all the time but hey what can we do about it?" Thats their answer. Customer pays for it. I moved from Nissan to Cadillac thinking this was an upgrade in quality and service but man was i wrong. I was with Nissan for 14 years and it was amazing. Ive been with Cadillac for 2 years and glad to be moving on! Just need to sell my car. I even tried to get my girlfriend onboard with Cadillac when I first started and she laughs and went with Subaru. It's been nothing but amazing customer support. I get jealous when she takes me to her dealership to get her oil change. Great support, always smiling, and they get to know you. That's what Subaru does. So now I'm looking for a sweet Crosstrack to buy. More
