Service personnel, particularly Asron, is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. However, I'm less than pleased that the loaner program had been disbanded, and I am not happy with the four- hou knowledgeable, and professional. However, I'm less than pleased that the loaner program had been disbanded, and I am not happy with the four- hour pick up and dropoff window for concierge service. Service and the ease of having a loaner car made getting repairs tolerable. I'm not so confident that future trips for service will be as easy. Thank goodness for the outstanding staff like Aaron.
