Just a note to say that I enjoyed my visit with Tony and he did his best to get me exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle. All of the people I worked with (Carlos and Roberto) were friendly and answered all of my questions. My vehicle was delivered spotless and full of gas. Carlos and Roberto went over all of the vehicle features with me and I was comfortable operating the vehicle by the time I drove away. I was comparing multiple vehicles and I came to the dealership multiple times. I did not make appointments or let anyone know when I would be coming back, so I ended up talking to one set of people on the first visit and another set on the next visit. I realize this can't be helped and I was not willing to come back when the original people were there. Because of this I believe some statements about pricing did not follow from one visit to the next. Overall I believe I got a fair price, but I'm certain with some patience I could have done better. In addition, I assumed my selection was limited to the stock on hand, but after I had made my purchase I discovered the same people own multiple dealerships in the Phoenix area and I could have chosen from a wider selection. The financing could not have been any easier. One regret is that I hurried into the purchase and within days of making the purchase I was receiving e-mails about better financing terms than what I got. I can't say for sure if the people I was working withy knew about these upcoming financing programs, but I certainly could have done better with financing had I waited just a week to make my purchase. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Kachina and I'm quite happy with it. I've used their service department many times with consistent excellent service. I would certainly recommend Kachina to anyone looking for a Cadillac. I would just hope people realize that they have access to many more vehicles than what you can see on their lot. Also, be sure to ask about upcoming promotions because once you get on their e-mail list you will see them all. More
