Roberto Saenz is one of the finest salesmen I have encountered. He greeted me, asked how he could assist me, then spent over an hour and a half explaining the features of the SRX and accompanying me o encountered. He made me feel comfortable and then explained the features of a new premium vehicle Cadillac will be offering later this year. He understood our preference for a luxury sedan, and said he would call me when they were available. I had a sound in my front suspension that bothered me. I came in for the 24 point inspection and it was determined that I needed a Rt Front Hub Bearing assembly. When we arrived Tony was waiting for us and had several cars selected and ready for us to test drive. He went through a very thorough explanation of the vehicles and all the features.
