I took my 2009 Hummer (purchased at Kachina) in for repair on Thursday. I always work with James Somers since he so incredibly helpful and accommodating. James took my Hummer right in and arranged fo repair on Thursday. I always work with James Somers since he so incredibly helpful and accommodating. James took my Hummer right in and arranged for a rental car. As usual, James was dead on with what he thought was needed and had the repairs done right...the first time! When he called to let me know my Hummer was ready to go today, James told me not to bother returning my rental car back to Enterprise. He told me to simply drop it off at Kachina and he would get the rental back to Enterprise himself. This type of attitude and customer service is commonplace with James. He has taken care of my past two Hummers over the years and continually surprises me with his accommodating personality. Kachina is lucky to have James Somers. I'd love to snatch him away from you so he could manage my Kawasaki Motorcycle Dealership's service center. Employees with such loyalty and customer service skills are impossible to find these days. Despite several generous offers of employment, James turns me down each time by commenting how much he truly enjoys his job at Kachina. I will get him someday as I don't give up easily! More
The Team at Kachina Cadillac was great. My wife and I traded in a BMW on a new Escalade, which we needed delivered out of state since we live in Oregon. Roberto happened to be out the second day when we returned. David Rowley and Ed Barowsky picked up the transaction and quickly worked through the deal with us. They also helped us with some work we needed to have done on both an older Escalade we had driven to Arizona and on the new one we purchased from Kachina. Esther Jordan and the service team expeditiously handled the swaps and changes we needed for both Escalades and allowed us to get on the road back to our home in Oregon on schedule. Davdi Rowley drove with us to Blythe to complete the out-of-state delivery. We could not have been happier or more impressed with the Kachina Cadillac team. More
I found myself in a situation with an older SAAB that was going to be too expensive and delayed to repair, so needed to reach a quick trade-in deal and wanted to upgrade to a Cadillac. I was promptly introduced to David, who gave me a good range of options based on my needs. We met and test drove several cars, and they let me use one for the day while they pulled another car in for me to drive. That last car, a 2011 STS, ended up being the car I bought. The experience was relaxed and positive and both David then Ed were helpful in the purchase process. More

I walked in to Kachina looking for a car, Carlos came up to me i told him what i was looking for he was very friendly, and was knowledgeable about the car i was looking for the CTS. He let me test drive a c to me i told him what i was looking for he was very friendly, and was knowledgeable about the car i was looking for the CTS. He let me test drive a couple of cars with him they all felt very great. I was looking for something i could finance, We found a Gold 08 CTS very nice exactly what i was looking for with the best price no one else would offer me. Overall i had a great friendly experience and in a couple years i will be coming to Carlos from Kachina again to see what new CTS is out there. More

Roberto is very confident with the cars from Cadillac. He was not pushy and very convincing. Very friendly too. Unfortunately, we can not afford the car at this time but if things change, we will definitely was not pushy and very convincing. Very friendly too.
