The car I looked at was as represented, in fact it was better. It turned out not to be a good fit for me (actually my parents), but the experience couldn't have been better. (It is an absolutely pristine 02 T-bird, and while both my parents - also car people - and I would insist on that, this car is worthy of a museum piece, and my folks were considering one to drive.) I came into Kachina considering to buy a CTS. I have been driving a Lexus for years now but I thought I would give a Cadillac a try. Carl Pratt was my salesperson. In the end it was a very hard decision but ended up staying with the Lexus. I do wish Carl was my salesperson at Earnhart Lexus it would have made the whole experience complete and much more enjoyable. The car we wanted was 250 miles away but, they made delivery within a few days...even driving the car to our summer cabin which was 175 miles from the dealership.
