I have been having problems with my 2005 Saab 93 Aero, not getting the full acceleration. They tried some repairs that the computer said it needed, it worked for awhile and happened again. When it happene not getting the full acceleration. They tried some repairs that the computer said it needed, it worked for awhile and happened again. When it happened last week again, I drove in on the "limp home" mode. Sam lead his tech look at it and there were other problems. Since this was what it went in for in the first place, They took care of the problem at their expense. They know I am and will continue to be a Kachina customer. Every time I go in they bend over backwards to see that my needs are met. Hats off to everyone I have dealt with! I will definitely recommend them for service, sales, and auto body. I recently came into Kachina to look at the ESV. I traded in my Hummer H2. My sales person was Carl who was very helpful, professional and found me exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I called and talked with Tom Haggerty on the phone, I was pleased, and perhaps just a little surprised. The moment I walked into Kachina and met him, it got better. Tom is an actual car guy - not always the case in a car dealership. He understood my questions, answered them directly, didn't push, and respected me as both a potential customer and as a car guy. The car I looked at was as represented, in fact it was better. It turned out not to be a good fit for me (actually my parents), but the experience couldn't have been better. (It is an absolutely pristine 02 T-bird, and while both my parents - also car people - and I would insist on that, this car is worthy of a museum piece, and my folks were considering one to drive.) I will be happy to deal with Tom in the future as the opportunity arises, and I will look forward to it. The overall experience, and dealing with Tom in particular, was superlative. More

I came into Kachina considering to buy a CTS. I have been driving a Lexus for years now but I thought I would give a Cadillac a try. Carl Pratt was my salesperson. I do have to say if I were buying based solely on my salesperson I would be driving a Cadillac. Carl was very professional, funny, informative and most important not pushy at all. In the end it was a very hard decision but ended up staying with the Lexus. I do wish Carl was my salesperson at Earnhart Lexus it would have made the whole experience complete and much more enjoyable. If any of my friends are ever looking for a Cadillac I will send them to Carl. I just think it is important to let you know what a great sales guy you have in Carl. More
