!!! BEST CAR DEAL EVER!!! .. I was recently in the market for a white Evolution-GSR. Come to find out, this is a rare car and color, and after a few months of research, I came to the conclusion that market for a white Evolution-GSR. Come to find out, this is a rare car and color, and after a few months of research, I came to the conclusion that I would bite the bullet and ship the car in from California, but at the same time Kachina Cadillac listed a RED Evolution-MR. This is a higher-end model, with such extras as leather seats, moon roof, and sound system, but sadly, the MR, unlike the GSR model, does not come with a rear sports spoiler. After a few months of dead ends in Arizona, I decided on shooting over to Kachina to check out their RED MR on the lot. I ended up at Kachina’s doorsteps on a Sunday night, and had the privilege of dealing right with sales manager, VAN A HILL, a very friendly and personable guy (liked him from the start). So, I test drove the car…“YES SIR LOVE THE EVO,” but handed the keys back to Van, explaining cosmetically the car had three issues that I was unwilling to overlook and unfortunately, I was not a buyer due to the car’s red color, no rear sports spoiler, and four license plate holes drilled into the front bumper. With the test drive over and bad news delivered, I was driving off Kachina’s lot, and Van approaches the car, giving me five magic words - “LET ME EARN YOUR BUSINESS.” Van pitches me that he can’t change the color, but if I can overlook the red, he will add the GSR spoiler, fix the front bumper, and get me an AMAZING APR rate. Van was 100% ready on making a deal and giving me what I want, like the Robin Hood of car sales…I was ALL IN! Van delivered me a low 2% interest rate, ordered my rear spoiler as I sat next to him, making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and not long down the road, my extras are ready for install with Van waiting with a loaner car for my convenience. This will be my sixth dealer car purchase and I have to say Kachina’s customer service and amazing sales reps like Van Hill, who listen and understand that both parties, seller and buyer, have to be happy after a car deal is cut…something I thought was long gone in this day and age. Thanks to Kachina, I ended up with more car for less money than I was originally ready to spend. Thanks Again to Van Hill and John Wacker of Kachina Cadillac for the Best Car Deal Ever! More

I went in to have my Cadillac services and Sam was very nice and fast. I only waited 45 min for my car to be done with the initial check. While I was in the waiting room I met Richard who also had the same nice and fast. I only waited 45 min for my car to be done with the initial check. While I was in the waiting room I met Richard who also had the same Cadillac I have. We started talking and I let him know about another car I have that I would like to trade possibly. He did everything in his power to make things work out for me. Carmax sent me here because their computer couldn't read the codes on my car. So he suggested borrowing a potential trade in car. When I had brought in the Pontiac to have it looked at and appraised, he looked up the car fax for me. I didn't have to pay to do it on my own. He let me know how the dealer before me where I had purchased the g6 had done nothing but lie to me. It turned out that my car was once grey but now is green and the miles were reported rolled back on the carfax AFTER I had purchased the car. Also the car was bondoed and I was not told by the dealer before. When I was stressed about the horrible news Richard offered me lots of water and tried his very best to give me advice about where I should go from there. Sam had a rental car pick me up in less than 5 minutes. At car max I waited 6 hours just for them to change the oil and tell me that their computer could not read the codes on my car. This is the best dealership I've ever been to. Every one else puts tons of pressure on you trying to get you to buy their car, when at kachina they do all they can to help you out and make you happy even in the most stressful of situations. The first stage of my Cadillac purchase began with Roberto Saenz. I knew from our first phone conversation that Roberto would be a pleasure to work with. What I did NOT know was just how much of a pleasure this venture would be. Roberto explained every detail of the SRX to me, gave me a tour of the entire dealership, and then put me in the SRX for a test drive. His attention to detail is amazing. He was very patient and answered every question. I’m so happy that, by the luck of the draw, I received Roberto Saenz as my sales agent. Patrick Morgan also was a gem to work with. He found the exact color Cadillac I hoped for, and negotiated a fair price for my trade-in and GM’s Major Guard Warranty. Both Patrick and Roberto aim to please, and that is very obvious. Kachina Cadillac should be so proud to have both these gentlemen in their employ, as they are both terrific assets to GM. More

I was in for bodywork to have my rear bumper replaced after a minor fender-bender. He worked with the other party's insurance company in taking care of the payment for repair, and also introduced me to Sam Wilcox in service who took care of other repairs not related to the accident. Sam was terrific, also! He had the repairs addressed and also brought to my attention a few other issues that I was unaware of, all covered under warranty service. Great technicians for discovering the problems! When I picked up the car, the body work and paint looked prestine - and my car drives like a dream.
