He was one who wanted to sell us a car. We were used to SMALL town service, but Tom and your dealership far surpassed that. Thanks for being so kind to two Iowa people. After we signed the paperwork the a/c had to be reset and the car would be picked the following day. On the way home Tom called and the car was ready. I said I will come by tomorrow to pick it up. Instead he brought the car to us, about 35 miles away at 6:30 pm. He then spent 2 hours going over the cue system. Tom was and is excellent. More

Service Manager was a jerk. Went in to check on Service Manager was a jerk. Went in to check on having the Powertrain/Vehicle Control Module programed for a GM update that it had not received fo Service Manager was a jerk. Went in to check on having the Powertrain/Vehicle Control Module programed for a GM update that it had not received for a P1680 code problem. Service manager blew me off by saying he did not have the equipment to do the job. I asked him again to clarify his response. I asked what he thought I should do and he responded by suggesting Sun Devil for the problem. I know what it takes to do the job and Kachina does have access to the reader and program to re-flash the unit. The vehicle came from their own used car lot. So much for customer service. More
