Tobey Bates, my sales counselor, was very enthusiastic about the Cadillac products he was showing me. He was anxious to have me drive one to see what I thought about the new CTS coupe. I didn't feel any pressure from him to make a quick decision, and every request I made on price, options. etc. was given consideration by the dealer general manager, and in most cases agreed on. I was also very happy to see Tobey deliver my new car and pick up my trade in saving me some effort. However the most important thing was for Tobey to go through all the functions of the car and set up several features for me at my house. I gave the ratings I did because I felt the experience was The best I have had purchasing a new car in all the categories shown. More
