On Saturday I spoke to Patrick over the phone to get some details on the Crossover for my wife who was interested in the car. After driving around we spoke about the experience and how it was ust about the oposite in every detail from when I purchased my Xtera from the Nissan dealer down the street. We were made to feel welcome, special and appreciated. There was no pressure, it was an enjoyable experience. Later that evening she's telling her best friend about Patrick, Legends, and of course every detail of the car. I started thinking about conversations that we had had that my car was not best suited for driving clients around in. There were a couple of cars that had cought my eye that would also be great to take clients around in. Sunday, I called Patrick and asked if he would mind showing me a couple of cars. He said he would be delighted. After viewing and driving a couple of different types of cars I settled on the same car as my wife the Crossover but only with a few more addons. Again as before the paperwork was fast, there was no hageling, it was a relaxed, stress free transaction. We were offered drinks and snacks and they made sure we were comfortable while everything was getting done. Honestly, I love the idea that you'll pick up the car and drop off a loaner when needed. The basket given with the car was a huge hit with my wife. I have always purchased my car and kept it for 7-9 years. With the Xtera I still had some payments left. If it wasn't for the outsanding culture there at Legends along with excellent salesmanship from Patrick (who is newer (2 months) with the company (nice training program)). I would never have even considered it. In this time when service is lost and people and companies are cutting back. Legends is reminding us not only what service is, but is raising the bar. Purchased this 2008 Hummer via the internet. I was definitely apprehensive, but as I worked with Andrew Lucas and when I received my vehicle, I was ecstatic. Never have I seen a used car in such pristine condition, three sets of keys, brand new floor mats, every inch of the floor covered with protective plastic, and a beautiful and very generous gift basket on the front passanger seat. I have purchased many, many new cars and have not received the quality of customer service I received with Legends Cadillac. I live in Connecticut and can tell you, if Legends opened a dealership in this area, they would put many car dealerships out of business. From start to finish, this was, by far, the best, most effortless purchase of a motor vehicle and extended warranty, I have ever made.
