My daughter and I decided on Sunday about 5 o'clock to go look at a SRX Cadillac. Upon arriving Legends, Patrick greeted us with a "hello and how can I help?" I told him after driving a Lexus for many years look at a SRX Cadillac. Upon arriving Legends, Patrick greeted us with a "hello and how can I help?" I told him after driving a Lexus for many years I was looking for something different. We walked the lot and looked at blue, white and mocha..This was it . Patrick went and got the keys so we could go for a test drive. I was in love.... we went back to Legends to talk numbers and not realizing they close at six. Jim and Patrick said "No Problem!" We then said 'let me sleep on it' and show my husband. I was very indecisive. Patrick called and spoke to my husband and said we would come for a test drive on Thursday. Patrick had the mocha SRX out front and ready to take it out once more. We drove around dark roads (I am not a great night driver) to make sure I was comfortable and bumpy roads- We were amazed!! Before leaving the mocha SRX that I loved at first sight..I said Patrick, "Do you have a RED one?!" There it was - on the side lot - BEAUTIFUL. I bought my first Cadillac with amazing service from both Jim and Patrick. Hands down, I would tell every one I know about my experience at Legends Cadillac (even dealerrater!) Jim, Patrick - we are impressed! Even better, I already locked my keys in my car - On Star to the rescue! Is driving a Cadillac always this fun? More

I was in the market for a new car. My search started at Scottsdale BMW up the street where I was quite disappointed. We were not greeted by anyone at their facility so we immediately left and drove to Lege Scottsdale BMW up the street where I was quite disappointed. When we arrived, Patrick greeted us, asked the purpose of our visit and immediately started showing us around the lot. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the cars and shows his excitement about the product. We went for a test drive and returned to the lot. Patrick asked me about colors of cars and I told him that I have purchased 2 other Cadillac's, both white, and that I wanted a black car this time. Patrick searched the lot and to no avail, there was not one in black. Jim came out to speak to my husband and I and proceeded to start "the search." He was on his computer looking all across the country for the car that I wanted. I could not believe it, very persistent. At this point, it was almost 8pm and Jim promised me that he would continue the search until he found what I wanted and he would contact me. The next morning, I received a phone call from Jim stating that he had found the car. WOW! Patrick stayed in contact with me as the car was in route to the dealer. When the car did arrive, we needed to have some chrome added as well as the windows tinted. Patrick never made me wonder what was happening with the car, he communicated via text message so I would not wait and wonder when I would be able to pick up the car. I did pick up my car today and it is FANTASTIC, as is Jim and Patrick's service. I would recommend Legends and especially would recommend Jim and Patrick. What an amazing facility. This is truly the best service experience I have ever had. Armand represented your dealership over the phone so well I drove 50 miles round trip and went by at least four other dealers to get there and I had. Armand made sure I understood everything that was to be done to my 2007 Avalanche. After dropping off the vehicle Armand called me and updated me as to what was going on and I really felt involved and confident of what was being fixed. When I called other dealers before choosing Armand, Armand was the only technician to advise me that my Air Bag Light On meant that in the event of an accident it may fail to operate. This could have saved my life so it was an easy decision to turn my vehicle over to Armand. In the past I always left service departments with alot of questions about what exactly was done. Armand went over everything in detail helping me to understand what was being fixed and why and how to avoid costly repairs in the future knowing what to look for. I will call Armand regularly for advice and give his card to all my family and friends. I am a neat freak and when Armand gave me my vehicle back it was cleaner than when I left it. Being almost four years old now I drove away thinking I was in a new car. I cannot stop bragging about it and will get my sons 2006 Silverado to Armand as soon as possible. Mr. Beaman seemed to do everything he could to take care of the two cars we brought in for 60,000 mile checks. He explained the process and costs very well. The dealer has an adequate inventory on hand and/or through its local affiliates to be able to select a vehicle from. Their personnel are profession, knowledgeable and straight forward.
