I came back to Legends as I had bought my previous Escalade from the dealership in 2007. I have always dealt with Armond in service as he is fantastic to deal with and has a great disposition. This is my first experience dealing with Jim Seawards and Patrick Barrett. Patrick was terrific and very detailed with everything and was there for all my many questions. His follow up was excellent and I would refer him at the first opportunity. Jim Seawards is very professional and a great person to work with. I own a Cadillac and a Hummer. I have been taking my vehicles to Legends to be serviced since I moved to Arizona. JD & Luke have taken very good care of me & my vehicles. I came in on Friday to get a Re vehicles to Legends to be serviced since I moved to Arizona. JD & Luke have taken very good care of me & my vehicles. I came in on Friday to get a Recall taken care of, again the service was great "no Problem". I saw the new 2011 2-dr Cadillac CTS/Coupe...Thought I like this dealer, they treat me great...I'll come back on Sunday & buy a new Cadillac from them. I made an appointment with Patrick Barrett, came back on Sunday. Test drove the Cadillac, while my Hummer was being appraised. I told Patrick, I have bought my last three vehicles thru the Costco Program...No hassles, best price up front. He told this to Sales Mgr Jim Behncke. I was Impressed, Jim came back to me with a great price, found a rebate & a fair offer on my trade...Done Deal, that easy. Anthony Hermann prepared all the paperwork, gave me all my options, answered all my questions, again...Done Deal, in an out. I spent more time having Patrick show me how all the new "gizzmos" worked, and setting up my OnStar/Nav/XM etc, than buying the car. My wife and I have been looking for a new car for her for several weeks. We had a Cadillac Escolade and decided to replace it with a newer model. We had been to three Cadillac dealerships before ending up at Legends Cadillac of Scottsdale. I'm glad we drove the extra distance to Legends. Our experience and the atmosphere at Legends was entirely different than the others. Our sales person Tom Mallin treated us more like a friend than just a customer. He introduced us to the sales manager Paul Glans and between the two of them, made us feel very comfortable. They patiently answered all of our questions with no pressure to buy at all. After the sale, Tom took the time to walk us through all the incredible features of our new Escolade. I usually run the other way when I hear "auto dealership", but after my experiance with Tom and Paul, I think I changed my mind, at least with this dealership. They also assured me that the VIP service would continue after the sale as well. Both Tom and Paul have called to see if my wife is happy with everything and gave us their cell phone numbers to call if we needed anything. This dealer went way beyond my expectations. He was simply amazing. He went on the computer and made sure that I got the refund for my plates on Z4, never felt like he was pushing me in any way, very simply amazing. He explained everything in the car in detail, fixed the bumper on my Z4 that needed paint before returning, returned my car to the BMW dealership, went over the evaluation of my old car with the old dealership, fed me, made sure that I had water throughout my 5 hour visit, he made sure that everything was put in my glove compartment so that I would have business cards and all my paperwork, he was professional and really felt he had not left anything out. I am having a very uncommon problem with my airbag. It has required a couple visits to figure out. My service adviser Armand Slason has worked closely with me as he and the service technicians are trouble has required a couple visits to figure out. As of now I am back in my vehicle and not sure if it will require another visit. My experience in the past with other service departments when having to return for service on the same problem has been less than desirable and I often felt they just wanted me to go away. Not the case with the service department at Legends Cadillac. Armand represents the dealership with such integrity I can feel the commitment and responsibility Legends has to the customer to get it right no matter what. It is easy to write a favorable review when all goes well and I hope I'm done until the next oil change but this is one place everybody needs to know about. Even though it was a 2007, it looked almost like a brand new automobile!! The gift basket was also a very nice touch. We felt that we were dealt with fairly, and would definitely recommend Legends Cadillac and Patrick to others. There was another salesman that assisted with the deal.
