Ozzy was wonderful to work with. We had settled on another make and model (at another dealer) but thought we would check out a Cadillac, really just to cross it off the list. This subtle approach kept us engaged and really began thinking that maybe a Caddilac was right for us. We came back the next day to look at colors and test drive it again in the daylight and we were hooked.
