I found the entire experience very professional and comfortable. Allen Hall did an outstanding job. He called me several times to make sure everything was going well and all my questions were answere comfortable. Allen Hall did an outstanding job. He called me several times to make sure everything was going well and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. When my wife and I picked up the new Escalade, Allen spent three hours with us explaining all of the features. In fact, we had to leave before he was finished and he told us to come back whenever we had any questions. It was the most helpful and thorough hand-off of a new car that we have ever experienced. We also met Luke Morris, the Service Advisor, and he was also very welcoming and friendly. We briefly met Paul Glans, the General Sales Manager, who was also very welcoming. I would gladly recommend Legends and Allen Hall to anyone. More
I am very excited about the purchase of my new 2012 Cadillac SRX. Larry Nichols and Legends Cadillac made it into a very personal experience. I shopped around at other dealerships, other competitor brands, and what I experienced at Legends with Larry was truly unique. I didn't feel pressured to purchase and Larry's knowledge of all the features of the SRX helped me be truly confident in my decision. The delivery of my new vehicle was something I never experienced when I purchased any of my other new cars. Larry, personally, went through every button and every feature of my SRX and made sure I would be confident in all its operations and functions. He clearly took the time prior to my pick-up and made sure everything was just right for my arrival to get my new vehicle. His attention to detail was unprecedented. Lastly, it feels good to buy American. If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle you really should stop by Legends and meet with Larry, I'm glad I did. More
Armand goes beyond the top Service anyone could give.We are currently trying to figure out why the most expensive Escalade I have ever owned is using up all its oil before the next oil change. This is the second time since I bought it that I have brought it in cause it is real low on oil. Armand did a lot of research to see if their was any info on this problem with other Vehicles that is sold their. He is the best. More

I have a 2010 Saab 9-3 which I purchased in March of 2011 brand new. I have taken the vehicle into the Legends service center a few times for various repairs, from a fuel pump recall notice, to a defective d brand new. I have taken the vehicle into the Legends service center a few times for various repairs, from a fuel pump recall notice, to a defective driver side mirror, to routine maintenance under the service schedule. Each time I have visited the service department I have worked with Luke Morris. My first mishap with the quality of work the service department performed was in regard to the driver side mirror they replaced on my car. The mirror would shake if driving at higher speeds, on for example a highway, because of this any light reflecting in the mirror at night would appear to flicker, obviously annoying to someone driving. Luke Morris explained that the mirror would need to be replaced under warranty. When I picked up the car I noticed the new mirror they fitted onto my car was smaller than the original mirror that was on the car, so small that you can see some of the internal components behind the mirror when you’re sitting in the driver seat. I question why the service technician or service manager could not see this apparent size issue and realize that the part may be defective (in size) or the wrong part all together. Nevertheless I was told the mirror had been replaced and only after I voiced concern over the way the new mirror looked did anyone take notice, so now it’s November, 2011 and I’m still waiting to hear from Luke Morris and the service department regarding a replacement mirror for the one they already replaced. Second incident, my Saab has a maintenance free warranty, which includes complimentary oil changes and tire rotations for 3yrs or 36k miles, whichever comes first. I took the vehicle in for its first oil change a few months after I bought it according to the service interval schedule. All they did was change the oil, that’s it. No tire rotations were preformed which is specified in the service manual during this particular service interval. I asked Luke if a tire rotation had been performed, he told me it had, which I knew he was not communicating the truth to me, because it was apparent by visually checking the tires that one had not been. Third incident, my car had to be serviced for its brakes, I took it in, I had Legends service department preformed the service. When I picked the car up I noticed the front tires had different looking lug nuts on them than the rear tires. I had to drive all the way back to dealership the next day because the technician forgot to place the lug nut covers back on my tires when he was working on the car. It’s issues like this that inconvenience the customer, if people would perform their work with more attention to detail these incidents could be avoided. I feel like each time I go in that I’m rushed through and not taken seriously enough. It’s obviously apparent with the Mickey Mouse repair I received on my mirror that’s under warranty and the forgetfulness on other routine service visits. More

Victor, our sales associate, was friendly and informative and was always available to answer questions and meet with us, even on his days off. On top of the great environment, we received an A+ deal, much lower than what other Cadillac dealers were quoting us. We highly recommend Legends Cadillac. More
