I started working with this dealership approximately 6 months ago because I was experiencing a problem with my CTS which I had purchased from another dealership here in town but was not able to get anyone months ago because I was experiencing a problem with my CTS which I had purchased from another dealership here in town but was not able to get anyone at the other dealership to assist me in getting the issue resolved for almost 2 years. As soon as I contacted Mark Thomas at Legends they immediately started working on trying to get me a resolution. The staff at Legends spent many hours working on my car to get the issue fixed and unfortunately was not able to fix it either, however,rather than giving up on me and my car they worked with me to get GM involved and eventually worked with me to get me into a new car.
