Julie was very helpful at finding just what we wanted. A used car came in that day, she showed it to us and we fell in love with it. We went to Legends to see the new SRX model, and Vic was our consultant. He took us out and showed us the models and offered a great deal of information. When we asked a question that he wasn't sure of, h our consultant. He took us out and showed us the models and offered a great deal of information. Vic devoted all the time that was required to satisfy our questions and interest in the auto. We felt that he was really working with us instead of pushing us into a sale, as we have felt with other dealers. Vic has also taken the time to call and ask how we were doing with the car, and offered any assisted. Vic was a wonderful sales consultant, and I am sure that with more time, he will become one of Legend's top sales persons. More

I was quoted a price in a email of a car I wanted to purchase, I agreed to buy the car for that price, then I get a email stating the price I was given was wrong, if your salesman quoted the wrong price purchase, I agreed to buy the car for that price, then I get a email stating the price I was given was wrong, if your salesman quoted the wrong price that is not my problem, if your dealership had any integrity you would have honored the price quoted to me, the emails sent to me make it a binding contract and you broke the contract. I had conversations with Paul about my trade and we reached what I thought to be a fair deal, without pressure or any "games", We bought a very nice preowed Cadillac and I am vevy happy with my purchase. The entire staff was professional and courteous throughout the process. Even though Donnie was my salesperson, all the sales staff were very friendly and engaging us in conversation as we waited for our new vehicle to be readied for delivery. I was introduced to the service manager and given a tour of the service facility which was an added touch of professionalism.
