We made our first visit to Cadillac yesterday just to look at their SUVs which we had heard good things about but had never driven. Derek was our sales consultant. He made us a very fair deal and delivered the car to my house where he spent about 2 hours setting the car up and explaining everything to me. Very good experience overall. Probably my best car buying experience ever. I would recommend Cadillac, Legends and Derek specificaly. I may look at buying another Cadillac for me sometime this year. Kep up the good work Legends. We purchased the car as soon as it arrived on the lot, without being cleaned up or detailed... when we picked up the car, it looked like showroom quality, just as they had promised. I was in the market for a new SUV. Mark Ratay had called me to let me know about a Honda CR-V that he took in on trade. It was immaculate and very low miles. He let me test drive the car for the whole day, so that I could really see if it would work for my lifestyle. They met me at my house to finish up the paperwork and it couldn't have gone smoother. Jim made the purchase of my new Cadillac SRX a very pleasant experience. During the process, Jim took the time to introduce me to the members of the Legends team that I would be working with including Andrea at the front desk, the guys doing the credit checks and financial paperwork, and the service department. While Jim was busy finalizing all the details and making sure the car was made ready, he introduced me to Don -- who talked with me about some of the features he liked about the Cadillac SRX I had purchased and answered any additional questions I had. That is saying a lot since I have purchased at least 30 or more cars in my lifetime. He answered every question I had and the ones he did not know he made sure his General Sales Manager addressed them for me. Reid took the time to show me all the options available & I never felt rushed during the process. I was so impressed with Reid I even named my Cadillac SRX after him!! If you are looking to buy a new car at this dealership I highly recommend to request him as your salesperson. This dealership treats you like you are the only customer they have when in fact they are the most well known & respected dealership in Arizona with many customers, I look forward to having my car serviced here. Overall, the experience ranked as one of the best my wife and I have ever had. From the onset, we were greeted by Rick and immediately asked to see a used vehicle. Rick allowed us to test drive the vehicle and offered a recommended drive as we were not very familiar with the local area. Upon completion of the test drive Rick asked us to submit an offer which was accepted in a relatively short period of time. As we met with Larry the financing we had secured prior to going to the dealer had issues. Larry offered a few suggestions which Paul also agreed with. We initially signed the contract and asked if we could come back in a few days to finalize the sale without and issues. We were very impressed with the customer service of all three individuals throughout the used car buying process. Generally, during our used car shopping experience we were not impressed with the other dealers; however, Legends was a much different story. We were treated as if we were purchasing one of the more expensive vehicles on the lot when in fact we probably purchased one of less expensive vehicles they had. I would recommend used and new car buyers to at least meet the high quality staff at Legends for a shot at earning your business. We will refer friends and family to Legends based on the experiences we had while car shopping. More
