He had just recently joined the Legends staff after many years with another Cadillac dealership. Ed listened to our required specifications and pricing considerations, made suggestions to enhance the value of our purchase, found our vehicle and delivered it to our door in just over a week. It was that easy. There were no gimmicks, no sales pitches and no haggling over price. The transaction happened with the highest degree of professionalism. Assisting Ed on this transaction was Mr. Larry Nichols and we received a personal introduction to Mr. Jim Behncke. After shopping Lexus and Mercedes to purchase a used SUV, we were facing problems due to our trade in vehicle which was worth less than we owed. No hard selling, no pressure, they were focused on helping us come up with a "solution". In addition, I always thought Cadillacs were "my grand parents' car, and you would never see me in one. So after 25 years of Mercedes and a Lexus and two Porsches in there as well, we are now the "proud" owners of a beautiful Cadillac SRX. Love that SUV, haven't named it yet.
