I came over to Legends a whim one evening after ordering a vehicle at another dealership. That deal went horribly wrong in so many ways and not worth speaking about any further. After inquiring online about a car I was interested in seeing, my husband and I met with Stan Powell to test drive a 2010 SRX. Stan spent so much time with us before we ever left, explaining features and the many functions of the control panel. I was actually pleasantly surprised that I liked the car. After speaking with Mr. Herrman in finance, who helped us with our warranty and a great interest rate, we decided to purchase that night. Mind you, the dealership closed at 9...but Stan stayed with us until 10pm making sure we understood everything necessary. But the service has never stopped. I noticed a piece of rubber loose on the windshield wiper, called Stan and the next day he personally brought me a new pair of wipers and installed them at my office! Then, he came out to our home in the evening 3 days later to set up Onstar and explain other features on the car until we were completely satisfied. To this day, Stan is still checking to make sure our vehicle is working well for us. I have already told many people about the stellar service we received. They have made a very satisfied customer out of my husband and me and I highly recommend them to anyone. If you go to Legends, ask for Stan! He will most certainly treat you right. More

I can't say enough about how willing to work with me the sales reps (Derek first, than later JP) and sales manager (Tobey) were. On my first visit I did not find the car for me. Many days later I had almost given up hope of finding that "lightning in a bottle" deal I was trying to patiently wait for - then JP called me about a "gorgeous" trade in with low mileage and I couldn't get to the dealership fast enough. I'm excited to be taking my "new" Cadillac CTS home today after an auxilliary cable has been added at my request and the standard 4-hr detail has been performed. These guys are awesome, many props and thanks to them, especially PJ for following up! Additional Note: I honestly thought I hated Cadillacs before they had me test drive an STS-V. Originally I stopped in out of curiosity when I saw the old Saab sign street-side. Now I own a Cadillac. These guys are good. More

When we made the decision to act, we did not hesitate to return to Legends. Don explained everything about the process to us, buy vs. lease, and let us make our decision. He introduced us to Paul Glans (who had on a beautiful purple tie) and Paul made us feel at home in the dealership. Once we decided to look at pricing, Paul put together some numbers and with the help of Anthony Hermann we were able to negotiate a price and terms that we were comfortable with. In the 17 years that we have lived in Phoenix we have purchased quite a few vehicles. I can honestly say that I have never had such a pleasant experience in a dealership as I had with Legends. This was awesome to be treated in such an accomodating and understanding manner. Ed went out of his way to bring the car to me, take my trade-in and pick up the car for sales prep (which was excellent), bring it back and make it possible to do the paperwork at my house. Had Ed not done all of these things for me, I would still be driving my old Yukon XL! Ed knew what it would take for me to be able to have the car that I really wanted and he did everything possible to make that happen. Many thanks to Ed Barowsky and Legends Cadillac! These gentlemen are professional, caring about the customer, don't use high-pressure sales tactics, and are genuinely interested in ensuring you are extremely satisfied throughout the vehicle research and purchase process. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable working with them. Allen knew everything about the car, and relayed his knowledge in an easy to understand method. Paul did his financial magic to give me a very attractive purchase price for my vehicle.
