***ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE*** Most Unethical Dealership I found a car online and emailed an inquiry to see if it was still available. I was informed it was available. I asked for an out the door price quote, with no trade in and no financing. The bottom line should have just been their online price plus tax. While I was waiting for the email quote, I was online still reviewing the car. Right in front of my eyes, to my dismay, the online price went up $4000.00! They lure you in with a good price online and then when you inquire about the total with taxes, they raise the price. I informed the sales person I was no longer interested. The next day, I had my sister contact the dealership about another online car to see if the same thing would happen. My sister was given a price quote with tax out the door at 2pm, but the dealer was closing at 6pm. I showed up with my sister the next morning (after traveling 350 miles in the night to get there) 30 minutes prior to opening, ready to purchase the car with cash and no trade in. The online sales person (Harlee) was not there. I showed the sales person on duty the email with the out the door price quote from Harlee to my sister showing the stock number, VIN number and out the door price quote from Harlee from the prior afternoon. The sales manager said "I can't sell that car for that price, it's gone up $6000.00". When I inquired if they couldn't sell the car for the price listed online, why was it listed for the amount online. The manager's response was "we are selling a lot of Cadillacs right now, they are in demand". Mind you, this all took place on March 29, 2020 in the middle of a pandemic with stay at home orders, a week after the stock market made record daily drops, there was a record number of people that filed for unemployment claims and 40% of the nation isn't working because of the Corona virus! Imagine, they said they raised the price by $6000.00 in four hours because sales of Cadillacs were in high demand with the above turmoil. Here is a challenge: find a great price online, inquire about the out the door price with taxes through email and see if the price is raised within an hour after the inquiry. If the price is raised, leave a negative review for this company, then maybe they will stop their "bull". This dealer uses false advertising, low prices online (on their website and others, such as, Cars.com) and gives written quotes without honoring them. Completely unethical! Not only is this negative review being left on Yelp, but the better business bureau, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Consumer Fraud Unit and corporate Cadillac will be notified of their fraudulent, false advertising and price quoting. And..."THAT AIN'T NO BULL". More
I was interested in a used Mercedes Benz that they were offering for sale. Spoke to Robert Jelinek who gave me all the information about the car. At first I was somewhat skeptical and nervous regarding buying this car as I was located in New York State and the entire deal was being done over the phone with the car being purchased by me sight unseen!However, when I got to the dealership the car was exactly as Robert said. The transaction went great and he finalized the deal quickly so I could get back on the road to NYS. Also, Sara Ingram in the finance office was a pleasure to work with as well. She took care of all the paperwork promptly and was able to answer all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them again, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! More

Out of state car issues My wife and I were in Colorado for an extended vacation when we had troubles with aftermarket tires and wheels due to road construction. Cadillac assistance towed my vehicle to a local Cadillac dealership which was totally stymied regarding what to do with these tires and wheels. I contacted my salesman, Chris Scherff who went to work immediately to address these problems from back in Scottsdale. Chris got Larry Appleby involved and between Chris and Larry, they had a wheel shipped to Colorado and arranged for a Colorado tire supplier to deliver the tires to the Colorado dealership. They then instructed me to send pictures of the new tire mounting to them so they could insure that the vehicle would be safe to drive back to Arizona. Once back in Arizona, Larry Appleby had alterations done and replaced two tires to insure that my car was safe and operating properly. Because I had purchased tire and wheel insurance, and because Larry Appleby had the tires replaced at the expense of Earnhardt Cadillac, the entire incident was at very little cost to me. The peace of mind we experienced due to Chris and Larry's involvement cannot be overstated. More

My wife got a car and technology features we feel weren't available from other luxury brands at this price, and I received the pricing, terms and conditions that made this deal a no-brainer for me. Brad did this all without ever making us feel pressured. Dealing with Brad was comfortable, pleasant, and we were never under any pressure to do a deal that wasn't just perfect for us. He just made the deal work, period. I'd strongly recommend seeing Brad if you want to get into a great car, and deal with a professional that truly understands and acts with your goals being #1, above all else. More
