I have to say this was a First Class Experience here at Earnhardt Cadillac ! The base of any dealership is its representation and I will say Craig Bergmann knocked this one out of the Park he is truly a gr Earnhardt Cadillac ! This was our first time experience with Earnhardt Cadillac and they were great to work with very professional experience.. We worked with Crystal Fletcher she was wonderful. We were overseas when she found the perfect Cadillac Escalade for us. Through text as we flew from Ireland she had everything ready for us to sign when we reached the dealership. Will never by another car from Earnhardt. Purchased a 2021 XT5 in August. Went out the door just before closing, Going home to the NW Valley Warning light appeared stating tire pressure problem. Had to return the next day 40 miles there 40 miles back home.. Then getting ready for a trip realized the luggage support was missing.. Another trip back.... I was told I would get another free oil change for my inconvenience. Now in between August and May 1, many warning signs coming and gong on the dash. Yesterday April 30, 2022, Had an appointment for an oil change. drove 40 miles one way for my appointment, got there and was told by Mario my car out of warranty. And no free oil change in computer. Buyer Beware More
